The purpose of Amendment 0004 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 is to make the following changes:
1. .To remove the reference to the 90 days after award in paragraph A.2.4.
2. To remove the mention of the initial spare kits in section C. 10
3. To fill in Clause 52.216-19.
4. To remove the mention of the initial spare kits in CDRL A002.
5. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.

The purpose of Amendment 0003 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 is to extend the closing date.
1. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from 28 October 2022 to 14 November 2022 at 1700.
2. As a result of amendment 0001, Section A is revised.
3. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

The purpose of Amendment 0002 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 is to extend the closing date.
1. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from 14 October 2022 to 28 October 2022 at 1700.
2. As a result of amendment 0001, Section A is revised.
3. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

The purpose of Amendment 0001 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0076 is to extend the closing date.
1. The solicitation closing date is hereby extended from 30 September 2022 to 14 October 2022 at 1700.
2. As a result of amendment 0001, Section A is revised.

PRICE CONTRACTS and (FAR) 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source. U.S. Army Contracting Command DTA (ACC-DTA) intends to negotiate and
award a five-year firm fixed price contract for the item listed below.

A.2.3 As the contractor, you shall implement and maintain a quality system that ensures the functional and physical conformity of all
products or services you furnish under this contract. You quality system shall achieve (i) defect prevention and (ii) process control
providing adequate quality controls throughout all areas of contract performance.
(a) Your quality system under this contract shall be in accordance with the quality system indicated by an X below:
