Background

Work Details
The contractor is required to produce baggage check tags that include barcode printing in black ink and serial numbering in three locations with corresponding barcode numbers. The specifications detail that the tags must be perforated, drilled for a reinforced hold, and fitted with a grommet for string attachment.

The contractor will create final print files and provide PDF proofs. Specific packing instructions include shrink wrapping in groups of 100 and packing 2,500 tags per carton. The tags must be delivered F.O.B. destination to the National Distribution Center in Indianapolis, IN.

Period of Performance
The purchase order and government furnished materials will be emailed to the contractor on or before July 25, 2025. PDF proofs are due on or before July 29, 2025, with complete delivery required on or before August 29, 2025.
