Hydrosphere, Biosphere, & Geophysics (HBG) Support Services II - Industry Day   4

Background
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center is organizing an Industry Day on April 9, 2025, to discuss the HYDROSPHERE, BIOSPHERE, & GEOPHYSICS (HBG) SUPPORT SERVICES II procurement. The goal of this event is to facilitate communication and discussion surrounding the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for HBG II, providing a platform for industry engagement and collaboration.

Work Details
The Industry Day will include presentations on the HBG program offices and will address questions/comments submitted in advance regarding the DRFP. Attendees will have opportunities for one-on-one breakout sessions and networking throughout the event. The agenda includes:
- 08:00 AM – 08:30 AM EST: Arrival / Check-in
- 08:30 AM – 08:45 AM EST: Senior Level Opening Remarks / Overview of the Earth Science Division
- 08:45 AM – 09:00 AM EST: HBG II Overview
- 09:00 AM – 09:15 AM EST: HBG II Acquisition Overview
- 09:15 AM – 10:00 AM EST: Q&A/Closing Remarks
- 10:00 AM – 10:15 AM EST: Break
- 10:15 AM – 12:30 PM EST: 1-on-1 Breakout Sessions / Networking. Each session will last no more than 15 minutes and will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
