Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks to purchase the following equipment and associated services: Two (2) 37? Hydraulic Programmable Paper Cutters w/ Air Table, and Touch Screen. This purchase includes delivery and installation of the equipment, warranties and repair of the equipment, and training on using/daily operations of the equipment, to include hardcopy User Manuals. The purchase will be for an up to 60-month contract with one-year base and four (4) one-year options for maintenance, or a warranty plan. Devices will be located at Port Hueneme, CA and Tinker AFB, OK. This RFQ is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. - Tinker AFB, OK (3420 D. Ave., Bldg 1, Door 5)
- Port Hueneme, CA (4231 San Pedro Road, Bldg 19)
- Warranties and repair services for the equipment, including a one-year initial warranty followed by four additional years of maintenance.
- Training on daily operations of the equipment, which includes providing hardcopy User Manuals. The vendor must ensure that the system meets salient characteristics as specified in Attachment 3 - Specifications sheet.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for an up to 60-month duration with one base year and four optional one-year extensions for maintenance or warranty plans.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered and installed at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma and Port Hueneme in California.
