Background
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services is seeking to procure two 37-inch Hydraulic Programmable Paper Cutters with Air Table and Touch Screen. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency in document services by providing advanced cutting equipment along with necessary support services. The contract includes delivery, installation, warranties, repairs, and training for the equipment's daily operations.

Work Details
The contract involves the following specific products and services:
- Quantity: 2 Hydraulic Programmable Paper Cutters (37 inches) with Air Table and Touch Screen.
- Delivery and installation of the equipment at two locations:
- Tinker AFB, OK (3420 D. Ave., Bldg 1, Door 5)
- Port Hueneme, CA (4231 San Pedro Road, Bldg 19)
- Warranties and repair services for the equipment, including a one-year initial warranty followed by four additional years of maintenance.
- Training on daily operations of the equipment, which includes providing hardcopy User Manuals. The vendor must ensure that the system meets salient characteristics as specified in Attachment 3 - Specifications sheet.

Period of Performance
The contract will be for an up to 60-month duration with one base year and four optional one-year extensions for maintenance or warranty plans.

Place of Performance
The equipment will be delivered and installed at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma and Port Hueneme in California.
