Description

Fuel Hydrant Repair located at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York.

The estimated cost of this construction project is between $10,000,000.00 and $25,000,000.00, in accordance with DFARS 236.204.

This is a Full and open procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation.

NAICS code 237120. Size determination: $39.5 Million.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available

Background

Work Details
The scope of work includes repairing the aircraft fuel pumphouse, distribution lines, storage tanks, refueling pits, service lines, and various options such as petroleum, oil, lubricant contaminated soil removal, hazardous contaminated soil removal, petroleum, oil, lubricant contaminated groundwater removal, hazardous contaminated groundwater removal, installation of a 6th hydrant fuel pit on the airfield apron, miscellaneous repair during commissioning, building addition for Building 918, commercial offload and 10,000 BBL tank installation, and repair/replace aircraft fuel bulk storage transfer line.
