Background
The United States Army Medical Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) conducts research in molecular virology, cell biology, immunology, viral virulence factor determination, and viral strain diversity characterization.

This solicitation is for a severable, non-personal services contract to provide hybridoma development studies and antibody production for the Division of Virology at USAMRIID.

Work Details
The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
1. Generate up to four (4) hybridoma fusions from spleens provided by USAMRIID, producing multiple clones and providing supernatant for screening. A minimum of three hybridoma clones will be provided as viable cells either cryopreserved or in tissue culture plates.
2. Produce up to eight (8) antibodies from USAMRIID provided hybridoma cells or those established in task 1, with antibodies supplied in specific milligram amounts as requested by USAMRIID.
3. Produce up to four (4) proteins using USAMRIID or contractor-designed expression systems, with protein amounts supplied in specific milligram amounts as requested by USAMRIID.
4. Coordinate the shipment/delivery of newly developed hybridoma samples to USAMRIID on the same day as production completion.

Period of Performance
The estimated ordering period is from February 1, 2025, through January 31, 2030.

Place of Performance
Deliveries will be made to the United States Army Medical Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), located at 1425 Porter Street, Fort Detrick, Maryland 21702.
