Description

The Naval Air Systems Command awarded a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-20-G-0007 on other than full and open competition under Title 10, U.S. Code 2301(c)(1), as instructed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Raytheon Company in McKinney, TX.
