HVAC Systems Maintenance, Testing, and Installation Services at U.S. Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan   3

Solicitation (SF1449) and Solicitation Attachments (2) through (5) are posted on this website. Attachment (1) Performance Work Statement will be made available to Offerors via an approved secure communication system upon request. Email request shall be sent to the following three (3) personnel; Mr. Martin Hansen, martin.hansen@usmc.mil, Ms. Youko Abe, youko.abe.ja@usmc.mil, and Ms. Reiko Nishimoto, reiko.nishimoto.ja@usmc.mil.

Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit are scheduled for 14 January 2020. Participants shall submit the Contractor's List (For Restricted Area Access) to the Government points of contact no later than 07 January 2020, 11:00hrs in accordance with the solicitation. Individuals are required to have a BASE ACCESS PASS for the event, see the solicitation for more details.

Bids will be publicly opened at U.S. Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni, Japan, Building 100 at the time for bid opening stated in this Invitation for Bids.

Amendment 0001 is issued to provide Government response to Offerors' inquiries, replace Solicitation Attachments (1) PWS and (2) ELINs, and to extend the Bid Opening Date. Revised PWS will be made available to Offerors via an approved secure communication system upon request - please see Amendment 0001 for details.

Amendment 0002 is issued to provide Government resposne to Offerors' inquiries.

Amendment 0003 is issued to provide Government resposne to Offerors' inquiries.

Amendment 0004 is issued to extend the Bid Opening Date.

Amendment 0005 is issued to update the Government response provided via Amendment 0003 and replace PWS. Updated PWS will be made available to Offerors upon request.

Amendment 0006 is issued to 1) provide Government response to Offerors' inquiries; 2) Replace PWS; and 3) Extend the Bid Opening Date. Updated PWS will be made available to Offerors upon request.

Amendment 0007 is issued to replace Solitication Attachment (2) Exhibit Line Item Numbers. Bidders shall complete and submit "Atch(2)_J-0200000-19_ELINs_A0007" as part of the bid.

Amendment 0008 is issued to extend the Bid Opening Date to 06 Mar 2020, 02:00PM.
