Background
The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Colville Agency is seeking to replace the HVAC system servicing Structure 118, a 4,000 square-foot single-story office building located on the BIA-Colville Agency campus in Nespelem, Washington. Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all professional design services, engineering, permitting, equipment selection, construction labor, materials, tools, and testing required for the HVAC replacement. Key tasks include:
