Background
The contract is for urgent air conditioner repair at the Duke Field 96th Test Wing facility (Bldg. 15312), which currently has no maintenance contract in place. The goal of this contract is to address multiple non-functioning air conditioning units to prevent further failures due to operational strain.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:

- Replace evaporator coils on units A, H, and F;
- Replace the compressor on unit G;
- Replace the condensing fan motor for unit J.

Specific deliverables include:

- Unit A: Replace evaporator coil, recharge with R410A, evacuate system.
- Unit F: Replace evaporator coil, recharge with R410A, evacuate system.
- Unit G: Replace inoperable compressor (2.0 Ton), recharge with R410A, replace drier and capacitor, recover refrigerant.
- Unit H: Replace evaporator coil, recharge with R410A, evacuate system.
- Unit J: Replace inoperable condensing fan motor with new capacitor, check fan operation after installation.
