Background
The solicitation is for HVAC preventive and scheduled maintenance services at the Louisiana National Cemetery and its satellite sites. The contract will be set-aside for service disabled Veteran owned small businesses (SDVOSB). The purpose of the statement of objectives is to describe the HVAC preventive and routine maintenance requirement and to seek a company that can provide efficient, all-encompassing services meeting industry standards and objectives.

Work Details
The contractor shall be responsible for providing personnel, equipment, management, and quality control plan including measurable outcomes to effectively deliver the required services. Services shall be performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, including general inspections, systems checks and tests, safety controls functionality checks and tests, minor service, minor repairs as defined in the contractor’s performance work statement, and cleaning components.
The work includes HVAC maintenance at various locations such as Louisiana National Cemetery, Port Hudson National Cemetery, Alexandria National Cemetery, and Baton Rouge National Cemetery.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from the date of award through one year with four option years. The intended date of award is 1/7/2024.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Alexandria National Cemetery, 209 East Shamrock Street Pineville, LA 71360; Baton Rouge National Cemetery, 220 North 19th Street Baton Rouge, LA 70806; Louisiana National Cemetery (Main), 303 W. Mount Pleasant Road Zachary, LA 70791; and Port Hudson National Cemetery, 20978 Port Hickey Road Zachary, LA 70791.
