HVAC Preventative Maintenance IDIQ, Table Rock Project Office   2

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Table Rock Lake Project Office is issuing this contract for HVAC Preventative Maintenance services. The mission of the agency is to ensure the maintenance and operational efficiency of HVAC systems within their facilities, which include the Dewey Short Visitor Center and the Table Rock Project Office.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive HVAC maintenance services that meet specified performance standards critical to mission success.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, administrative overhead, supervision, and other items necessary to perform HVAC preventative maintenance and service work. Key tasks include:
1) Performing inspections/maintenance on HVAC systems at designated facilities;
2) Providing certified/licensed HVAC technicians for service calls and repairs;
3) Meeting specified response times for service calls;
4) Ensuring that all parts and materials meet contract specifications.

Performance objectives include:
PRS #1 - No deviation from standard specifications for inspections/maintenance;
PRS #2 - All technicians must be certified/licensed;
PRS #3 - Response times must meet contract requirements.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Dewey Short Visitor Center and the Table Rock Project Office located in Branson, Missouri.
