Amendment 0006 is being issued to extend the closing date to 23 August 2019, 12:00 PM, Central Standard Time (CST). PLEASE NOTE: Due to an internal system error there is no Amendment 0003, 0004, or 0005.
Amendment 0002 is being issued to include the Roster from the site-visit and to include a new mechanical equipment list in excel and pd format. See attachment.
Amendment 0001 is being issued to add Questions and Answers and to revise Section L. See attachment.
The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS is issuing solicitation W912HZ19R0023 for HVAC Mechanical Maintenance Services.

The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The period of performance will be a multiple year contract with one Base Year (12 months) with four Option Years plus one (1) six (6) months option.

A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 25 July 2019 with a proposal due date on 20 August 2019. See attached solicitation for more details.

This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 238220, with a small business size standard of $15,000,000.00.

All prospective contractors must be registered in Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information.
