HVAC Maintenance at Caven Point Marine Terminal. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide all supervision, labor, equipment and materials to accomplish the maintenance tasks in accordance with the statement of work, manufacturer's recommendation and all applicable New Jersey State and Federal regulations.

Routine Maintenance: All maintenance shall be performed semi-annually, as recommended by the equipment manufacturer, unless otherwise noted.
