Background
The U.S. Tri-Mission in Rome, Italy is seeking HVAC maintenance services through a Request for Proposal (RFP) with solicitation number 191T7024R0001. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site followed by a site survey.

Work Details
The solicitation requires prospective offerors to submit proposals electronically by May 19, 2024, at 12:00 noon (local time). Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Specific forms and documents must also be completed and submitted along with the proposal, including SF-1442, Section B Pricing, Section K Representations and Certifications, additional information as required in Section L, IRS Form W-14, and proof of SAM Registration.

The HVAC maintenance services are required to be performed at the U.S. Tri-Mission in Rome, Italy.
