Description

Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson is requesting the conversion of JBER's existing HVAC system to Automated Logic (ALC). The ALC system provide a multiple layer process that provides the users with an ability to remotely monitor, control, adjust, and program the base HVAC systems from an existing front end computer. The use of brand name description is essential to the Governments' requirement; please see the Brand Name J&A attachment for more details on the brand name. Please see the Statement of Work attachment for more details on the work requested.

IAW FAR 36.204(e), Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the estimated price for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
