Background
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), part of the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking to enhance its HVAC capabilities at three repeater locations: Colome, Gettysburg, and Okreek. The goal of this contract is to install additional Marvair wall mount HVAC units to ensure efficient climate control in these facilities, which are critical for communication and operational continuity.

Work Details
The contractor will provide and install Marvair wall mount HVAC units at the following locations:
1. Colome Repeater - Requisition No: 26WA161291
2. Gettysburg Repeater - Requisition No: 26WA161290
3. Okreek Repeater - Requisition No: 26WA161293

Specifications for the HVAC units include:
- Model: MARVAIR MAH1024AA050A++2+1EA+C31++++++
- EER: 11
- Refrigerant Type: R-454B
- Compressor Type/Quantity: Fixed Speed/Single
- BTUH: 24,000
- Voltage: 208/230-60-1
- Heat Designation @ Rated Voltage: 5KW
- Air Flow Configuration: Top Supply/Center Return (STD)

The installation will also require wall penetrations for supply and return ducting and running a new dedicated circuit as per the provided specifications.

Period of Performance
The contractor shall begin performance within 0 calendar days and complete it within 60 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed.

Place of Performance
Colome, Gettysburg, and Okreek, South Dakota.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is a total small business set-aside. Bidders must be authorized distributors or manufacturers of the specified Marvair units. Additionally, bidders must provide their Cage Code Number with their quote.
