HVAC Cleaning Services - Cape Cod   2

Background
The United States Coast Guard is seeking HVAC duct cleaning services for its facilities located in the Cape Cod area, specifically in Buzzards Bay, Martha’s Vineyard, and Harwich, MA. The goal of this contract is to ensure the cleanliness and efficiency of HVAC systems in both commercial and residential facilities on Base Cape Cod. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services to perform HVAC air duct cleaning at USCG Base Cape Cod. The work includes:
- Cleaning HVAC system components from the point where air enters the system to each point where air is discharged.
- Conducting annual cleanings on selected facilities as determined by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), with a rotation established for groups of buildings cleaned in alternating years.
- Coordinating work schedules with the COR and Coast Guard mission requirements.
- Conducting pre-cleaning meetings with the COR and affected facility occupants.
- Submitting various deliverables including a cleaning schedule, safety plans, duct cleaning plans, and qualification statements.
- Ensuring that all contractor personnel are trained and experienced in HVAC cleaning services and maintain a neat appearance with proper uniforms and identification.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on June 15th, 2025, with options for four additional years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at USCG Base Cape Cod located in Buzzards Bay, MA, as well as residential facilities in Harwich, MA and Martha’s Vineyard.
