***AMENDMENT 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide Questions and Answers: See attached SF30.

Question 1:What would the Liquidated damages be? Answer: FAR 52.211-12 Liquidated Damages-Construction is not included in this solicitation. There are no liquidated damages.

Question 2: In the Bid Documents we do not see how long we are to hold our pricing. How long from the bid date are we to hold our pricing? Answer: 30 days

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to replace four existing Bard A/C units & controls with one new combined variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, including removing existing equipment, installing new equipment, electrical and control modifications.

A site visit is schedule for June 16, 2022 at 9am Pacific Time. See Section L.4 for more informaiton and RSVP instructions.
