Background
The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS) at Ramstein Air Base, Germany is issuing this solicitation for the installation of fiber optic cable at the Husterhohe Warehouse facilities. The goal of this contract is to provide fiber optic connectivity to nine warehouse facilities, ensuring access to the base network, including NIPR and VoIP services. This project is critical for meeting current and future mission requirements.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the installation of 12 strands of single-mode (SM) fiber optic cable between each of the nine warehouses and B4101 (ITB node/Network Control Center, Tech Control Facility) within existing and new MHDS on the Husterhohe Geographic Separated Unit (GSU) compound. The installation must comply with the specifications outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor is responsible for ensuring that all installations meet commercial service standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period not to exceed twelve (12) months from the date of contract award.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at Husterhohe, Pirmasens, Germany.
