Huron-Manistee - Document and Files Scanning

Background
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to digitize Huron-Manistee Lands files, converting paper files into electronic files through digitized scanning. The forest is converting paper files into electronic files through digitized scanning.

Work Details
The contractor is required to fully scan single and multi-part files containing sensitive information. Each scanned folder must be labeled individually with each folder section labeled and separated into sub-folders and organized/named according to an established naming convention. Optional bids items may be included, in whole or in part, and should be addressed separately for each option as outlined in Appendix B.

Period of Performance
The period of performance of this contract is from contract award through August 01, 2023.
