Background
The contract is issued by the Office of Acquisitions (OA), Division of Extramural Activities (DEA), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) located at 5601 Fishers Lane, ROOM 3D10, MSC 9821, Bethesda, MD 20892-9821. The contract is for a Nonhuman Primate Core Humoral Immunology Laboratory for AIDS Vaccine Research and Development.

Work Details
The contractor is required to furnish all necessary services, qualified personnel, material, equipment, and facilities to perform the Statement of Work. The contractor must submit all reports in electronic format via the NIAID electronic Report Deliverable Submission (eRDS) Site.

The contract includes reporting requirements for Technical Progress Reports, Reporting of Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI), Section 508 Annual Report, and other reports/deliverables as specified in the contract. The contract also includes provisions for invention reporting requirements and packaging, marking, and shipping requirements for hazardous materials. Additionally, the contract specifies inspection and acceptance procedures and the period of performance from January 31, 2025 through January 30, 2026.
