The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Mexico intends to award a cost-plus fixed fee completion type contract to implement the Human Rights Accountability Activity (HRAA).

The purpose of this Contract is to build the capacity of Mexico's human rights institutions to more effectively and accountably respond to and prevent human rights violations - in particular forced disappearances and torture - at both the federal and state levels.

Written questions and requests for clarifications for this RFP must be submitted to mexicoaa@usaid.gov no later than March 9, 2020 at 2:00 pm, Mexico City time.
