Human Resources Office and AcqDemo Support Services

Background
The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) requires Human Resources Office (HRO) and Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) support services to execute mission requirements and organizational needs to retain a premier workforce.

The contract aims to provide sustainment of the HRO and AcqDemo operations at SSP Headquarters in Washington D.C. and various Field Activities across the United States.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide full-time, dedicated onsite support at SSP HQ and Field Activities, including:

1) One dedicated Project Manager at SSP HQ;
2) Full-time support at Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT), Kings Bay, GA;
3) Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC), Bangor, WA;
4) Program Management Office SSP (PMOSSP), Denver, CO;
5) Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU), Cape Canaveral, FL;
6) AcqDemo support at additional locations without permanent workspace;
7) Facilitation of AcqDemo Policy and Business Rules;
8) Training materials for AcqDemo-related training sessions;
9) Pay Pool facilitation and documentation;
10) Technical assistance for CAS2Net and ancillary personnel systems;
11) Command outreach for communication of HRO and AcqDemo information;
12) Development of employee surveys and analysis of data from compensation systems;
13) Regular progress reporting on contractor activities.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations including Washington D.C., Kings Bay GA, Bangor WA, Denver CO, Cape Canaveral FL, Pittsfield MA, Magna UT, Sunnyvale CA, Huntington Beach CA, Anaheim CA, Mitchel Field NY.
