The FBI has a requirement for a multi-disciplinary approach to optimizing mental and physical health, increasing productivity, and maximizing performance for the CIRG/CIEDU/RSU/RSRU no fail mission related to weapons of mass destruction and render safe of said devices per Presidential Policies and FBI Directives.

Work Details
This is a contract to provide technical services to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG). The Critical Incident Response Group’s Render Safe Unit (RSU) has a requirement for a human performance program with a multi-disciplinary approach to optimizing mental and physical health that will increase productivity and maximize performance. The human performance program’s intent is to maximize functional mental and physical performance, decrease injuries, and extend the operational career, and overall health and effectiveness of the bomb technician. The contract requires an assortment of services including workshops covering resilience, stress mitigation, sleep, nutrition, strength and conditioning, monthly webinars, on-site injury reduction screenings, access to a mobile app and online portal for tracking fitness tests and providing educational content, personalized baseline reports for participants, in-person human performance instruction, testing and evaluation, as well as integrated specialist programs. Key personnel include staff members with diverse backgrounds including U.S. Special Operations and Olympic, professional, and/or Division I collegiate athletics.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at FBI and DOJ facilities in the Northern Virginia area.
