Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail)
This opportunity for Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Support Services appears to align with prior HPO IDIQ task orders under FA487724, including multiple awards to Laredo Technical Services (e.g., $700,998 for 09/23/25–09/22/26 and $698,676 for 09/23/25–09/22/26) and related orders to LMR Technical Group (e.g., $678,264 for 09/14/24–09/13/25). The prior work descriptions consistently focus on providing HPO services to keep Air Force Special Warfare operators at peak physical and mental performance and extend “human weapon system” service life, which is similar in purpose and service type to the current requirement’s injury prevention/mitigation, rehabilitation, consultation/reporting, and staffing of athletic training, strength & conditioning, and performance dietitian roles.
