Background
The United States Government Publishing Office (GPO), located at 732 North Capitol Street NW, Washington, DC 20401, provides publishing and dissemination services for official government publications to Congress, Federal Agencies, Federal Depository Libraries, and the American Public.

The Human Capital (HC) business unit acts as a strategic partner with agency management by offering support in Talent Acquisitions, Transactions Processing and Records Management, Classification, Medical Services, and more. The goal of this contract is to hire full-time services to enhance HC's capabilities in these areas.

Work Details
The contractor will provide full-time services in the following areas:
- Talent Acquisitions: Six (6) HR Specialists for recruiting and staffing.
- Transactions Processing/Records Management: Two (2) Senior Transactions Specialists, Two (2) Junior Transactions Specialists, and Two (2) Transactions Assistants.
- Classification: Six (6) HR Specialists.
- Medical Services: One (1) Medical Technician.

The services provided are essential from the time employees apply for a job until they depart the agency. Key functions include Agency Awards Programs, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, Hiring Authorities, HR Automation/e-gov, Leave Programs, Medical Services, Onboarding, Pay Administration and Compensation, Recruitment Strategies, Records Management, Workers Compensation, and Workforce Development and Training.

Period of Performance
The contract will be awarded for a multiple-year period consisting of one base year plus four option years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the GPO location in Washington, DC.
