General Description:

The General Services Administration awarded Human Capital and Training Solutions indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts in May 2016. The HCaTS family of contracts have proven to be a significant step forward in supporting our customers and improving acquisition efficiency and effectiveness in the Federal Government. This on-ramp is being conducted to increase participation, expand competition, and promote socio-economic diversity within the HCaTS vehicles. The services solicited include: customized Training and Development Services, Human Capital Strategy Services, and Organizational Performance Improvement.
