PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) intends to award a sole source fixed priced contract for one twelve (12) month base and two twelve (12) month option periods with the following company.

HUD has prepared a sole source justification on the basis of other than full and open competition for this effort. HUD intends to award to only one source under the authority of 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. HUD, Multifamily Housing requires a dynamic database that is adept at meeting the varied needs of multiple HUD staff engaged in multifamily underwriting and housing market analysis. HUD's regulations and administrative procedures require HUD staff to evaluate loan and mortgage insurance applications submitted to the Department.

The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement 519290 Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services with a NAICS size stand of 1,000 employees. This notice will be distributed solely through the sam.gov website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the sam.gov website to ensure they have the most up to date information regarding this acquisition. This notice satisfies the requirement of FAR 5.102(a)(1) and 5.103(a)(1). This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for quotes. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. If no written responses by the date listed below, which reflect 3 business days from the posting of this notice, the solicitation will be issued to CoStar Realty Information, Inc.
