HUD - GNMA MBSOA - Market Research MRAS

The Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) is seeking contractors to support the administration of its single class and multiclass mortgage-backed securities (MBS) programs. The services required include MBS Operations services, Information Technology services, and specialized MBS Analytics and Risk services. This Request for Information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a request for proposal or an obligation to acquire any products or services. The purpose of the RFI is to gather capabilities and market information for acquisition planning.

The MBS Operations Services involve data collection, validation, reporting, and regulatory monitoring of Ginnie Mae's MBS programs. The Information Technology Services include operating, maintaining, updating, and enhancing Ginnie Mae applications, as well as supporting a multi-provider integrated application platform hosted primarily in AWS GovCloud. The MBS Analytics & Risk Services require providing state-of-the-art risk analysis tools and services, performing risk analysis on MBS loans and securities, and supporting special projects.

The period of performance for this contract is one year with four 1-year option periods, starting approximately in March 2023. The work will be performed at the Contractor's facility within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The Contractor will be responsible for delivering various reports, data disclosures, analysis, and other deliverables related to the services provided.
