Background
HUD facilitates technical assistance and capacity building through cooperative agreements with non-federal organizations to improve delivery of HUD-funded programs and initiatives. The goal of HUD Exchange is to curate HUD’s wide range of TA deliverables into a user-centered experience that promotes translation of technical assistance into improved delivery of HUD programs. The HUD Exchange Knowledge Management Platform Contract is for comprehensive systems development and website operations for HUDx.

Work Details
The Contractor shall manage and improve the central knowledge management platform for technical assistance, HUD Exchange, which includes a web-based environment (website, learning management system, and associated social media accounts) aimed at building the capacity of HUD’s customers to deliver effective affordable housing and community development programs. The Contractor shall provide services in areas such as website hosting and administration, website operations, website improvements, marketing, and project management. The successful Contractor will have a demonstrated track record of managing a web project of a similar scale and scope to HUD Exchange.
