HUBZone SB II Set-Aside MACC, for New Construction, Repair, and Renovation of Commercial and Institutional Facilities   2

Background
The contract is issued by NAVFAC SW, which is responsible for providing construction services to support military missions.

The goal of this contract is to extend the period of performance for existing HUBZone General Construction Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACCs) to ensure uninterrupted mission capability while finalizing follow-on procurements.

The aggregate contract value, including the option period, is $495,000,000.

Work Details

The incumbent contractors have demonstrated a history of successful performance on their respective contracts.

The three eligible contractors retaining their small business size status and HUBZone SB certification are I.E. Pacific, Inc., Peter Vander Werff Construction, Inc., and SGS, LLC.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a 12-month extension period from June 8, 2026, to June 7, 2027.

Bidder Requirements
Only those contractors who currently hold the MACC contracts and have verified small business size status and HUBZone SB certification are eligible for this extension.

No additional capacity or increase to the overall contract ceiling is required.
