Description

SDDC requires Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at the designated seaports throughout the country of Belgium in connection with the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo. All tasks shall be completed per requirements stated through the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in a manner consistent with the Best Commercial Practices . S&RTS services will cover the full spectrum of managing US Military cargo (e.g. containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed wing aircraft) transitioning through designated seaport.

Background
The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) is seeking Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) at designated seaports throughout Belgium to support the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored cargo.

The goal of this contract is to ensure efficient management of U.S. Military cargo, including containers, vehicles, breakbulk, and rotary or fixed-wing aircraft, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and best commercial practices.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive S&RTS at all ports in Belgium, which includes but is not limited to:

- Managing the loading and unloading of military cargo;
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards;
- Coordinating with military personnel for cargo operations;
- Maintaining accurate records of cargo movements;
- Providing equipment and labor necessary for stevedoring operations;
- Adhering to the Schedule of Rates as outlined in the PWS.

The contract encompasses a minimum order value of $2,500 for the first twelve months and a maximum contract value that includes all task orders issued during the ordering period. An optional six-month extension may be exercised at the end of the initial five-year period.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a five-year period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029, with an option for a six-month extension from January 1, 2030, to June 30, 2030.

Place of Performance
All designated seaports throughout Belgium.
