Background
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is the Distribution Process Owner (DPO) for the Department of Defense and is the single entity to direct and supervise execution of the strategic distribution system. The mission of USTRANSCOM is to provide full-spectrum global mobility solutions and related enabling capabilities for supported customers’ requirements in peace and war. USTRANSCOM has a responsibility to improve the overall efficiency and interoperability of distribution related activities within the Department of Defense (DoD).

Work Details
The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) has a requirement to maintain Ship-To-Shore (STS) and Rail Mounted Gantry (RMG) Cranes. Requirements include Scheduled Maintenance (SM) and on-call Unscheduled Maintenance (USM).

Period of Performance
Period of Performance = Base Year: 9 JUL 22 – 8 JUL 23, Option Year 1: 9 JUL 23 – 8 JUL 24, Option Year 2: 9 JUL 24 – 8 JUL 25, Option Year 3: 9 JUL 25 – 8 JUL 26, Option Year 4: 9 JUL 26 – 8 JUL 27, 6-month extension of service: 9 JUL 27 – 8 JAN 28
