NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD:

The Defense Health Agency, Contracting Office - San Diego (HT9410), 7700 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, VA 22042, has awarded a firm-fixed-priced (FFP), contract for non-personal services.The services augment healthcare operations provided by military personnel, DoD civilian employees, and other contractor staff for support of Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) or higher headquarters operations. The services provide fractional capabilities (manpower only) or a full operational capability where the contractor provides cradle-to-grave services operations.The services augment healthcare operations provided by military personnel, DoD civilian employees, and other contractor staff for support of Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) or higher headquarters operations. Sixteen (16) full-time equivalent (FTE) contractors: Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) Coordinator (1 FTE); Healthcare Business Administrative Services (1 FTE); Human Resources Clerk (1 FTE); Security Clerk (1 FTE); Contract Support Clerk (1 FTE); and Timekeeping Clerk (1 FTE); IMR Clerk (1FTE); Program Admin Services (1FTE); Medical Management Admin Services (1FTE); Medical Registration Clerk (2); Warehouse Specialist (1 FTE), Accounting Clerk (Lead) (1 FTE); Accounting Clerk (3FTE) are required to support Naval Health Clinic Hawaii (NHCH) and its outlying Branch Health Clinics at military treatment facilities (MTFs) located in Hawaii to support their local mission using labor categories off the DHA strategic sourcing program.

In accordance with FAR 5.202{a)(4), this procurement was not synopsized as it is authorized by statute. This requirement was set aside to a Small Business Administration {SBA) Section 8(a) in accordance with FAR Part 6.203 Set Asides for Small Business Concerns. Specifically, the requirement was executed as a non-competitive 8{a) award in accordance with FAR 19.805-l{b)(2) and the 8(a) Partnership Agreement between the SBA and the Department of Defense.
