Description

The HSIN Program is responsible for programmatic, policy, development, and operations and maintenance (O&M) support for the systems hosted within the HSIN enterprise. This requirement covers the following IT support services: 1. Contract Management & Helpdesk Management & Operations Management 2. Service Desk Tier 1 3. Service Desk Tier 2 4. Operations Support (Tier 3) Requirements associated with each of these services are detailed in the attached Statement of Work.
