The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) requires support services in the planning, design, development, and delivery of a modernized and trusted information sharing platform consisting of a suite of intuitive tools and services for homeland security professionals. The support will include product management, planning, development, maintenance, security, and transition while complying with all Federal and DHS standards, policies, and procedures. This requires robust communication between the HSIN Product Owner (PO), program manager, the project team, business owners, and other stakeholders to research, design, architect, engineer, document, and maintain the platform. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Government's requirement as detailed within the Statement of Work (SOW). A Pre-Quote Conference is planned for Tuesday, March 12, 2024. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is seeking support services for the modernization of the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN).
