Description

The focus of this contract shall be to provide technical and administrative support in the following specific areas: the Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC) Section, US Army Cadet Command Headquarters, Accessions Branch, Recruiting Standards Branch (RSB), Recruiting Operations Branch, Marketing and Advertising, Resources Management Branch and Headquarters Section. The contractor shall provide performance improvement recommendations, professional, administrative, and technical services in support of ARNG initiatives and assigned missions.

6. Generate a product showing reporting discrepancies between AGR/Tech personnel and accounting systems.
7. Maintain a Status of Funds Dashboard reflecting available, committed, and obligated funds tied to personnel accounts.
8. Develop a Customer Action Tracker for monitoring personnel and budget requests lifecycle.
9. Forecast personnel trends to project future budgetary requirements over multiple years.
