Background
The contract is issued by the US Army Cadet Command Headquarters, focusing on providing technical and administrative support for various branches including the Accessions Branch, Recruiting Standards Branch, and Marketing and Advertising.

The goal of the contract is to enhance performance through recommendations and services that support Army National Guard (ARNG) initiatives and assigned missions.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Manpower/Data Analytic Integrator Services. Key tasks include:
1. Data Analytics Integration: Serve as the primary technical architect for synchronizing Manpower and Budget data.
2. Automate and maintain a LWOP/RTD product for tracking leave without pay and Return to Duty status.
3. Generate a centralized dashboard for Quality Step Increases (QSI) and monetary awards.
4. Create a product for tracking civilian employees’ military service credit deposits.
5. Develop a Vacancy Fill & Projections tool with real-time visibility into current vacancies.
6. Generate a product showing reporting discrepancies between AGR/Tech personnel and accounting systems.
7. Maintain a Status of Funds Dashboard reflecting available, committed, and obligated funds tied to personnel accounts.
8. Develop a Customer Action Tracker for monitoring personnel and budget requests lifecycle.
9. Forecast personnel trends to project future budgetary requirements over multiple years.

Bidder Requirements
Contractor employees must possess all required licenses for any equipment used in contract performance. They must comply with installation regulations including security policies, background checks, identification requirements, and must be familiar with safety regulations on site.
