HQMC Defense Agencies Initiatives (DAI) Financial Management Support   3

Background
The contract is for providing financial management support services to Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Deputy Commandant, Programs and Resources (DC P&R) Budget and Execution (B&E) Division in Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI). The purpose of this effort is to provide financial management support services to HQMC, DC P&R Budget and Execution (B&E) Division in DAI. The DC P&R Department is the principal staff agency responsible for developing and defending Marine Corps financial requirements, policies, and programs. The mission of B&E is to track and optimize the allocation of limited financial resources in support of Marine Corps operations and acquisition programs.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide financial management system support to include technical, administrative, and professional services that cover DAI sustainment improvement and optimization of the HQMC fiscal execution business processes. This scope includes current year operational support, developing SOPs and guidance in cooperation with how HQMC business processes are done in DAI, provide in-depth advanced training to ensure the implementation or integration of the processes are done correctly, and provide support in the development of financial reporting in OBIEE.

Period of Performance
The period of performance will be for a one (1) year base period and two, one-year option periods.

Place of Performance
Work efforts will be accomplished in the Pentagon and Government facilities in/around the National Capitol Region (NCR) with the option to telework pending COR approval.
