Solicitation Amendment 0004 is issued to correct the error that changed the small business set aside to Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB). This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the United States Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) for a non-personal services contract to provide Information Technology (IT), IT logistics, and cybersecurity support to ATEC Headquarters (HQs), the Army Evaluation Center (AEC), U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Operational Test Command (OTC), Fort Hood, TX; as well as other ATEC Test Ranges throughout the life of this contract. This requirement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under North American Classification (NAICS) code 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services, which has a size standard of $35 Million. The resultant award will be a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with a minimum of $100,000 and a maximum of $96,000,000 over a five year ordering period. The period of performance will be 09 September 2021 through 08 September 2026, which includes a 60 day transition period. Task orders will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or Time and Materials (T&M) basis.

Offeror's quotes MUST include ALL required items in order to be considered. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist as noted below no later than 10:00AM EST on 22 March 2021. Questions submitted after this time may not be addressed. All offers are due no later than 10:00am EST on 12 April 2021. An email confirmation must be received to be considered submitted.
