The United States Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) has a requirement for a non-personal services contract to provide Information Technology (IT), IT logistics, and cybersecurity support to ATEC Headquarters (HQs), the Army Evaluation Center (AEC), U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Operational Test Command (OTC), Fort Hood, TX; as well as other ATEC Test Ranges throughout the life of this contract. This requirement will be a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under North American Classification (NAICS) code 518210 - Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services, which has a size standard of $35 Million. The resultant award will be a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract with a minimum of $100,000 and a maximum of $96,000,000 over a five year ordering period. The period of performance will be 09 September 2021 through 08 September 2026, which includes a 60 day transition period. Task orders will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and/or Time and Materials (T&M) basis.

The current order is W91CRB-16-F-0009. Copies of the current order can be obtained by filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in writing to usarmy.apg.usag.mbx.foia-requests@mail.mil.

The official Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on or around 01 March 2021 on the Beta SAM Contract Opportunities website (formerly FBO) located at the following address: https://beta.sam.gov/. The online version of the RFP will be posted as W91CRB-21-R-0017 and will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of this RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents.
