2/22/2024: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the pricing submission by 72 hours, provide additional information pertaining to utilities, fencing, and the Environmental Assessment, as well as, adding clause 52.211-14 and providing the revised CSP in response to bidder inquiries about acoustical testing and the Buy American Act. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. ********************************************************************************2/9/24: The purpose of amendment 0002 is to revise the RFP and add/revise the attachments based on ProjNet inquiries and responses.**************************************************************************************** 1/22/24: The purpose of this amendment is to add attachments (Vol 1G, HQ Annex Change Memo - Update #1), and NGAR spreadsheet), Section 00 21 16, and update the attachments lists to include revising Attachment G. All other terms and conditions will remain the same. Please ensure you submit your CAGE code to ericka.t.collins@usace.army.mil and patricia.morrow@usace.army.mil in order to gain access to the specifications and drawings.***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** The Government has a requirement for construction services for construction of the HQ Annex at FBNA. This project consists of, along with incidental related work, 4-story office building 118,887 square feet of space to accommodate 650 personnel, referred to as the Headquarters (HQ) Annex and a 2-story, 174,858 square feet open parking facility for 517 vehicles with new traffic pathways on a 24-acre site all within an expanded secure perimeter adjacent to the NGA East Campus on Fort Belvoir North Area. Note: The RFP attachments lists says Div_01-05 for Volumes 2A-2D. The correct attachments are in the file and are labeled as such: Vol_2A__Div_01-05, Vol_2B__Div_06-14, Vol_2C__Div_21-26, and Vol_2D__Div_27-34. This will be corrected in an upcoming amendment.
