Technical specifications include that quoted part number is brand name or equal to requested PNs, compliant to markings and delivery schedule. Quoted part numbers must be brand name or equal to MFR: HP, PN: L315PRINTCUT, Item: HP Latex 315 Print & Cut 54" Printer and Cutter Bundle with GFP 55" Laminator (including supplemental PNs) to be considered for award Quote ALL or none, refurbished items will not be considered. Please review the salient characteristics (attachment A). Also, contractor must acknowledge, mark the order as shipped, and provide tracking information through vendor portal or EDI.

Items are subject to review by the customer and GSA for compliance prior to award. It will be awarded using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and marked in accordance with Military Standard 129R otherwise they must state/quote commercial carrier that would be used to ship directly to the customer and delivered within 30 calendar days after receipt of order (ARO) to customer.

Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following:
1. Contractor MUST submit a quote for ALL line items in the Excel Quote worksheet as an attachment through (attachment B).
2. Items must be brand new, refurbished items will not be considered.
3. Copy of your item specification sheet is required.
4. Contractor must also sign and return Contractor Self Certification of 129R/Frustrated Freight (attachment C)
5. Contractor shall have a current and active account in SAM.gov
