Houston Plant Inspection Station Lab Renovation

This Project is to be in compliance with the prevailing Construction Wage Rate requirements for the Harris County, TX area and the construction shall comply with the 2012 International Building Code and all applicable Federal, State & local building codes.

The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code is 236220, with a small business size standard of $36.50.

This procurement is set aside for small businesses only. Other than Small Businesses will not be considered. Potential bidders must be SAM- System for Award Management (formerly CCR, ORCA) registered.

A site visit has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 7th at 10:00am ET on site.

It is the responsibility of interested parties to monitor this site for the solicitation and amendments, if any.
