Amendment 2 - Revised Solicitation Package

USDA Forest Service, Coronado National Forest, Nogales Ranger District has a requirement for Janitorial Services covering approximately 7,300 square feet in main office and additional square feet in warehouse offices.

This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Business under the NAICS 561720 ($18.0 Million and below). Award will be base on Best Value Tradeoffs with Evaluation Factors.

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the Base-Year. Options to extend the contracts for 4 one-year periods will be included. The anticipated base-year will be date of Award through October 31, 2021, subject to availability of funding.

Special attention should be paid to the requirement for Biobased Product requirements in the performance of janitorial services (https://www.biopreferred.gov/BioPreferred/ ).

Offerors are strongly encouraged to make an appointment with the District Office to survey the building areas to be cleaned and level of effort required. No allowances will be made after award, for offers that do not visit the site in order to prepare the offer.
