The hotel must have a rating of 4 stars or better from Michelin, Hotels.com, or TripAdvisor.com. Proposals must include a technical proposal detailing the approach and project management according to the attached statement of work. A price quotation must be provided using the attached quote sheet, broken down by task with supporting documentation. Site surveys may be conducted prior to award to ensure compliance with event requirements.

The period of performance is expected to align with the dates surrounding the 2026 Post Conviction Division Training Conference, specifically requiring quotes to be submitted by 4:00 PM on July 24, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Proposals will only be accepted directly from Hotel Management; brokers are not permitted to submit proposals. All responses must utilize the quote sheet provided on Page 8 of the solicitation. Additionally, bidders must provide a technical proposal that aligns with the statement of work.
