The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France is releasing a solicitation for the provision of hotel rooms, conference rooms and catering services for the US Mission to France. The anticipated performance period is from April 21 to April 26, 2024.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.

Background
The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France is releasing a solicitation for the provision of hotel rooms, conference rooms and catering services for the US Mission to France. The anticipated performance period is from April 21 to April 26, 2024. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide an estimated number of Sixty (60) single rooms for an estimated total number of three hundred (300) room nights of accommodation in Paris France from April 21 to 26, 2024 for ARS Employees on temporary duty (TDY). The Contractor shall also provide a conference room for a workshop and a separate breakout room. An Icebreaker dinner shall be organized on April 22, 2024, for seventy (70) individuals with a menu proposing food and drinks not to exceed US$63.00 per individual. Individual task orders shall be issued for all the services within rates designated. The hotel must be in central Paris and within 2 kilometers from the ARS office in boulevard Haussmann in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, France.
