Background
The 113th and 1132nd has a requirement for hotel rooms for personnel attending an event in Raleigh, NC. The goal of the contract is to secure accommodations for attendees from the evening of September 6, 2024, to September 7, 2024.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform Hotel Room Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor is required to provide 25 double occupancy hotel rooms for attendees. Each room must meet minimum requirements:

- 'Attendee' rooms should include two beds with toilet and shower/tub facilities; if booked for a single member, one king or queen size bed is acceptable.
- 'Staff' rooms shall be individual/private sleeping rooms with toilet and shower/tub facilities and one king or queen bed. Staff rooms will not be funded via contract and must be booked individually by members.

The federal government will only cover room charges; incidental expenses are the responsibility of the attendees. The contractor must ensure that all services are performed without interruption and maintain an adequate workforce throughout the contract period.
