Hotel Lodging for 2026 USTRANSCOM UILS symposium   2

Background
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) will host the USTRANSCOM International Logistics Symposium (UILS) in June 2026. This event aims to bring together international military and civilian logistics professionals from allied and partner nations. USTRANSCOM is seeking a hotel in the vicinity of Scott Air Force Base, IL, to provide lodging and support services for international attendees.

Work Details
USTRANSCOM is seeking a hotel capable of meeting the following requirements:

A. Lodging & Dates:
- Check-in on Sunday, 21 June 2026;
- Check-out on Friday, 26 June 2026;
- Initial Room Block: A guaranteed block of 40 single-occupancy guest rooms;
- Optional Rooms: The hotel must provide an option for USTRANSCOM to add up to 25 additional single-occupancy rooms to the block, with final room count confirmed by Friday, 5 June 2026.

B. Hotel Amenities & Services:
- Daily breakfast for all guests included in the nightly room rate;
- Complimentary in-room Wi-Fi, business center access, and a common lounge area suitable for networking.

C. Location & Transportation:
- Hotel must be within a 15-minute driving distance of the Duane Cassidy Conference Center;
- Sufficient space for a 44-passenger bus for daily guest pick-up/drop-off;
- Located within a quarter mile walking distance of food and shopping venues or provide complimentary shuttle service.

D. Meeting Space:
- One private meeting room for approximately 75 attendees with chairs-only setup on Monday, 22 June 2026, from approximately 0900 to 1000 (1 hour).

E. Critical Billing & Payment Requirements:
- All rooms and applicable taxes paid via a single Government contract;
- Guests not required to provide personal credit cards at check-in;
- Contract covers nightly room charges and taxes only with no incidental charges permitted on the master bill;
- Damages handled via separate itemized bill submitted directly to USTRANSCOM.

Check-in on Sunday, 21 June 2026; Check-out on Friday, 26 June 2026.
