The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for hot meals and associated catering services in Fort Indiantown Gap, PA in support of Bushmaster 2024. Background
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for hot meals and associated catering services in Fort Indiantown Gap, PA in support of Bushmaster 2024. The period of performance is 9 October 2024 – 13 October 2024.

Work Details
USU requires hot meals catering service (dinner meal) at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania from October 9 - 13, 2024 (5 days) for 330 personnel. The dinner meal must provide 1,200 -1,500 calories and include coffee, tea, assorted drinks, salad, bread, meat entrée or pasta dish with meat, vegetable, starch (pasta, potatoes, etc.), dessert, and condiments. The contractor is responsible for providing all utensils, paper/dishware, napkins, cups, etc. and cleaning supplies. The meals will be served from the dining facility at Fort Indiantown Gap with a service time from 5:00 PM EST – 7:00 PM EST each day.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from 9 October 2024 to 13 October 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Indiantown Gap in Pennsylvania.
